Every crew that works under Smokehouse Home Services is required to carry $1,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are collected and verified before a crew takes their first job, and a current COI is available to any customer on request — just ask by text or email.
Beyond insurance, every crew agrees in writing to our working standards: arrival within the scheduled window, professional conduct on your property, lawful disposal of all materials, and photo documentation of completed work. Any issue on a job routes directly to us — (551) 245-1676 — and we make it right.
In the rare event of property damage during a job, the crew's general liability policy applies, and we manage the claim process with you directly. That's what the insurance is for — you never chase a contractor on your own.
