When you book or request a quote, we collect what's needed to do the job: your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, the items or services selected, and any notes you provide. Your email is used for booking confirmations, job updates, and occasional service reminders from us — never sold, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential email anytime. Our website does not require accounts and does not collect payment card details online — payment happens on completion.
Your information is used to schedule and complete your job, send booking confirmations and status texts, and dispatch the assigned crew (who receives the address and job details on the day of service). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the crew completing your job.
By booking, you agree to receive service-related texts and calls (confirmations, scheduling, completion photos). These are operational messages, not marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
We use privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. No personal profiles are built and no data is shared with ad networks.
Job records are kept for business and tax purposes. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
